How do I place my order?
You can reach us by phone, email or using our contact form. We'll get in touch with you as soon as we can to discuss your specific needs and how we can help you. We'll then send you a no obligation estimate, breakdown of work and our standard terms and conditions. Once you're happy simply confirm your order and send us your initial payment and away we go.
How do you photograph my products?
It's easy. Simply send us your products - we photograph them and do any editing that's required - and then, if you asked us to, we return your products to you. We'll include the cost of return shipment or disposal in our estimate.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We're based near Preston in the glorious north west of England. For convenience and to reduce your costs we normally photograph your products here in our studio, but if your products are too big to ship easily, too big for our studio, or if you want them photographed in a particular setting, we are happy to travel to you. Reasonable expenses will be included in our estimate.
How do you send me my photographs?
Once we have photographed your products and made sure they are clean and of good quality, we will send you login details for our client gallery where you can review the photographs, give us your thoughts, and choose your final images. Images for review in our client gallery will be low resolution and watermarked. We'll then do any agreed edits and, once we receive your final payment, you can download your high resolution final images straight from the gallery. Your images will be available for you to download for 30 days. If you need further copies of them after that just get in touch and we'll be happy to send them to you, but an additional charge may be payable to cover our time and costs.
How do I pay?
All payments must be by bank transfer. An initial payment will be required before we start work. The amount will depend on the size and nature of your order. A final payment will be required before we deliver your finished images. For larger projects the costs may be split over a number of payments. Payment details will be in our estimate and subject to our standard terms and conditions. We'll discuss all of this with you before you place your order so there are no surprises.
